Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your LexiTrainer account and the data associated with it at any time.

Delete Your Account In The App

Open the LexiTrainer app, go to your account or profile settings, and choose the option to delete your account. If you signed in with a full account (not a Guest session), you may be asked to sign in again before the deletion completes, as a security check.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, LexiTrainer deletes your Firebase Authentication account, recursively deletes your data stored under your account in Firestore, clears the app's locally stored data on your device (Hive/SharedPreferences), and signs you out.

What This Does Not Cover

Account deletion removes the data LexiTrainer itself controls, as described above. It does not delete standard infrastructure-level logs that our service providers (such as Firebase or hosting/network providers) may keep on their own systems under their own retention policies — we can't verify or control those from within the app.

If you can't open the app or sign in, email heureqa.support@gmail.com and we'll help you delete your account.
